Portugal tendrá una nueva universidad en Leiria y Oeste

The decree creating the University of Leiria and Oeste (ULO), which succeeds the Polytechnic of Leiria, was published in the Diário da República on 9 July, with the president of the institute anticipating a demanding transition process.
